Our resources are positive and proactive.
They are value and science-based.
Our goal is to teach girls the skills they need to trust themselves. To forgive themselves. To not fear judgement or failure. To take healthy risks. To use their beautiful voices.
By helping girls notice, describe, become curious, and engage with their thoughts, feelings, and actions, our girls become better able to see which of their behaviors work and which don’t. This skill creates a flexible mindset. It fuels her choices.
Whether your daughter is a future poet or future president, her level of confidence will influence every choice she makes: the friends she makes, the drama she engages in, the dreams she dreams, and the chances she takes on herself. Confidence will, without a shred of doubt, affect her relationships. It will determine the decisions (and indecision) she makes for herself and her future.
Confidence is a skill, a practice, and a choice. Confidence is deeper than leadership. It is deeper than lipstick.
Confidence is a lifetime sport so we offer resources for moms, too. Our moms know the critical role self-confidence plays throughout a lifetime (even if her own self-confidence feels wobbly sometimes). Our moms are perfectly imperfect. They have a willingness to be open and maybe even uncomfortable if it means their daughters will thrive. Our moms are accepting. They are happy to push their sleeves up and link arms with their daughters so their daughter has the ally she needs to step into the best, most confident version of herself.
Because playing small does not serve the world.
Believe us when we say we are no strangers to self-doubt and lack of confidence.
We seem hard-wired to struggle with people pleasing and body image blahs. We often feel not-good-enough.
We fear the harsh judgment of others and we fear failure.Meet Us
